This attractive, yet inexpensive aluminum Purple Martin house is similar to the Trio Grandpa, except it requires a fourteen foot, DP16 telescoping steel pole (sold sparately), instead of a pulley system for raising and lowering. It has a single porch railing, winter door stops and comes with a mounting bracket for a 1-1/4" pole. Assembly is required, subfloors are optional.
