It possesses individually opening doors, extra-high porch railings, removable dry nest sub-floors, a roof perch and door stops. A fourteen foot sectional steel pole(included) has a rope and pulley system for easy raising and lowering of the house. This system would be analagous to the raising and lowering of a flag. Assembly is required. Also includes Lanyard Lock and Ground Socket. This is our most popular Model (MSS12). Add some diatomaceous earth to your house to repel mites.
